Join us as we journey together toward the Kingdom of Heaven

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
(Matthew 11:28, ESV)

“Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters;
and he who has no money, come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread,
and your labor for that which does not satisfy?
Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good,
and delight yourselves in rich food.

Incline your ear, and come to me;
hear, that your soul may live;
and I will make with you an everlasting covenant...”
(Isaiah 55:1–3, ESV)

Your response to salvation is in your hands

God has given us the right to choose.
We can choose to spend eternity with Christ—or without Him.
A place where Christ is absent is called hell.
You can read more about hell in the Answers section.

Still, we hope and pray that you will make the right choice—to spend eternity with Christ.
Perhaps today is the day that will shape your entire life—not only in this world, but in the one to come.
If you choose to stay with us, you will be making one of the best decisions of your life.

A city building features a large orange sign with the words 'Jesus Saves' prominently displayed near the rooftop. The structure is urban in style with multiple windows and some greenery visible on terraces. A flock of birds can be seen flying above the building, and branches from nearby trees frame the image.

Who will inherit eternal life?

Most people do not give this much serious thought.
Some believe that it is enough simply to believe in God; others think that keeping the Ten Commandments is what matters most; still others believe that it is enough to avoid doing anything bad. Some are convinced that belonging to a particular church guarantees salvation. Many people hope to be saved by Christ’s grace, even if they do not follow—or only partially follow—the word of God.

So who, then, will be saved?
Scripture does not give a single, simplistic answer.

“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.”

(Romans 10:9–10, ESV)

Reading this passage, it may seem that salvation is not difficult to obtain. On the other hand, the apostle Paul writes in the same letter:

“For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified.”
(Romans 2:13, ESV)

As we can see, faith alone is not enough—obedience to God’s word is also required. Moreover, faith itself is more than merely knowing that Christ is the Son of God. As Scripture says:

“You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder!”
(James 2:19, ESV)

Not only do they believe, but they also confess Christ
(see Mark 5:7; Luke 4:34, and others).

Christ Himself warns us that only a few will be saved:

“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.
For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.”

(Matthew 7:13–14, ESV)

He continues:

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’
And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’”

(Matthew 7:21–23, ESV)

Here we see that in order to be saved, one must know Jesus Christ—or, more precisely, be known by Him. Christ desires a personal relationship with you. It is not enough to attend church occasionally or to consume information from social media. We may have heard many sermons and testimonies, yet still not truly know Him.

For example, a person may know everything about bread—its ingredients, taste, nutritional value, shape, and color—yet never have tasted it. The same is true of Christ: one may even do many good works in His name and still never truly know Him.

How to be saved, and how to come to know Christ—these things you will learn by continuing to read in the Sermons section.
The information is continually updated.
